Just Dance 2023: it will not be released on PS4 or Xbox One, an episode centered on multi

UbiForward, Ubisoft's digital conference, allowed Ubisoft to announce the new episode of Just Dance, its annual musical dance game. And this year, it's time for a big change. First of all, we learn that the game is only planned for Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series and Stadia, the publisher having decided to ignore old gen consoles. Then, we learn that this Just Dance 2023 becomes an on-demand dance platform, which will be regularly updated regularly. We suspected it a little given the direction taken by the series for a few years now, but the transformation is recorded this year. This is also why we learn that the game will feature multiplayer, with the possibility of doing the entire game online and with others, up to 6 players. In fact, players will find themselves in the part created by a host and they will be able to interact with each other with a new system of emotes and the possibility of voting for the choice of songs. And since Just Dance 2023 will be cross-play compatible, it will be possible to bring everyone together, without the slightest exception.



2023 is also the year when Just Dance changes its artistic direction and user interface, with a brand new look, new 3D environments that offer more dynamic transitions, but also more intuitive navigation menus. Similarly, like Spotify or any music platform, Just Dance 2023 will incorporate a new recommendation system, which will make it possible to recognize musical tastes and offer songs according to individual preferences. Likewise, Ubisoft is telling us about the arrival of a new progression system, with points to be earned each time they perform a dance. These points will then be used to unlock new rewards such as customizable Dancer Cards, a kind of technical profile where you can change the avatar, background, badge and nickname. It will also be possible to exchange these points for in-game emotes and use them to communicate with other players in online groups.

Finally, know that Just Dance 2023 will offer 40 new songs at launch, with the hits of the year, the old hits of yesteryear and of course the artists selected are those that bring together the most people. Justin Timberlake, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Zara Larsson, Ava Max, there will be enough to jiggle in front of his television screen. The release of Just Dance 2023 is expected for November 22.
