    It is on the occasion of the kick-off of Japan Expo 2022 that the publisher Prime Matter announces the existence of Mato Anomalies, an RPG with turn-based mechanics developed by Arrowiz, a Chinese studio based in Shanghai and founded by alumni of CCP, Take-Two, Marvel Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. After having experimented with VR games and then the visual novel, the studio sees bigger with this RPG which will put us in the shoes of detective Doe who will have to discover the dark secrets which hide behind the invasion of Mato by supernatural creatures. Mato is a sprawling metropolis that combines traditional and futuristic architecture in a post-apocalyptic world. The game will combine investigation and dungeon combat and will also implement a system of social links reminiscent of Persona. Mato Anomalies has been in development for 2 years by a team of 50 internal people, not to mention the help of external studios. Expected release in 2023 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendod Switch.
