PUBG New State has kicked into high gear with its latest patch update bringing necessary changes for Season 1. An intense new Battle Royale mode has been added to the game along with a ton of new content, gameplay changes, and more. balance and improvements.
The main changes are highlighted below, although there are several other quality of life changes and system improvements that players can read about on the official Krafton blog.
New Battle Royale mode
BR: Extreme, a new mode will be coming with the latest update, and it will be set in the new Troi map. Instead of 100 players, only 64 will roll out to engage in a 20-minute round of battle royale. The action will be intense as the playing area is limited from the first circle itself. The plane flies at a lower altitude to make it easier for players to drop quickly. Each player will have the following items before landing on the island:
- P1911 pistol
- A smoke grenade
- 300 drone credits
- Fully charged boost indicators
Vehicle spawns and loot items will be found more often than the traditional Battle Royale mode. This will allow players to farm quickly and have a proper loadout before their first fight. Teammates can be redeployed in 60 seconds. A 30 second countdown will remind players to return to the playing area, although if they are left outside for too long they will be eliminated.

new weapon
The fan-favorite P90 SMG is making its way to PUBG New State. The weapon will use 5,7mm ammo and comes with a standard Tier 2 score, laser sight and suppressor. However, other attachments cannot be equipped with the P90, and the weapon can only be obtained through the Drone Store.
New gun customization
The DP-28 has just received another customization and allows a muzzle slot to add further modifications to the weapon. Players can now add a Flash Hider or Compensator to the DP-28 which will not only improve accuracy but also help with recoil control. However, the new attachment comes with a reduced damage trade-off.
Likewise, a new customization is now available for the Beryl M762 that allows players to attach an exclusive stock to the weapon. This not only reduces bullet spread when firing from the hip or shoulder, but also increases ADS speed exponentially.
Balance Changes
BR : Original (100)
- Blue zone speed increased to 90 seconds
- Blue zone damage during the early and mid-game phases has also been increased
- Endgame wait time increased by 20 seconds
- Only the large type deployable shield is now available on the original 100 man battle royale
- Customization kits found on the map have been increased exponentially
- Delivery drone speed increased with short delivery time and HP of these drones reduced
- Novas are now on the main road

Arms
- Airborne bullet spread for all shotguns and handguns has been reduced
- L85A3 reload time reduced
- Bullet spread when firing from the hip and shoulder with the M416 has been reduced.
- Bullet speed reduction removed from Beryl M762 customization
- Recoil control decrease removed from M16A4 [C1] customization
- Added vertical recoil to DSR-1 [C1] customization, and it will no longer decrease bullet speed
Vehicle upgrades
- The Vulture will now have seats for two instead of one
- Nova's windshield will no longer be bulletproof
- Driving sounds and Mesta volume are adjusted
