The composition Fiora de Teamfight Tactics allows you to rely on both champions for carry, with the possibility of favoring one or the other depending on your items or the one you find first.

The composition Fiora / Galio with Vedette (Socialite)
Fiora can be a very good carry if it has a good square Celebrities (Socialite), usually positioned in the first, second or third line. She has the advantage of doing pure damage, very effective against tanks, and of being difficult to kill thanks to her spell which makes her untargetable and heals her.
For the rest of the composition, you have different choices. The most common is to play maximum utility with champions like Orianna et Brew. If you have a Featured Heart, you can optionally remove Gallium to play champions like yummi et Jayce for example.
Unfolding and passages of levels
Here usually the rounds in which you want to level up. Those marked with a * are to be preferred if you are in a winning streak so you can play more aggressively.
4 level : Round 2-3 (or 2-1*)
5 level : Round 2-7 (or 2-5*)
6 level : Round 3-2 (or 3-1*)
7 level : Round 4-1 (or 3-5*)
8 level : Round 5-1 (or 4-5*)
Le 9 level can be a victory condition but is not mandatory in this composition.

Fiora is usually your primary DPS. It works best with two offensive objects and ideally a more defensive third.

Items for Kai'Sa : You can play Kai'Sa in secondary carry with magic power items.
Best Hextech Augments
Always try to choose a Hextech Augmentation based on what you need : generally at the beginning of the game it is appropriate to take a generic Augment since you do not yet know what you are going to play, and then you should try to reinforce the strengths of your composition.

obviously a lot of Hextech Augmentations are interesting, including ones that give you Emblems or count as additional characters to boost your traits.
What to choose as an emblem (spatula object)?
Challenger (
+ 
): With this emblem you can upgrade to 4 Challengers for example. It can be relevant on champions like Jayce, Galio ou Orianna.
Celebrities (Socialite) : This emblem can allow you to play without Galio to have more utility champions.
Student (Academy) ( + 
): This emblem allows you to play 4 Students, and is excellent on Fiora with I ne in secondary carry.
You can use any more boilerplate emblem like 
Bodyguard (Bodyguard), 
Mechanical (Clockwork) ou 
Enforcer.
As usual, the 
Tactician's Crown is always a great option.
Positioning Tips

Fiora : Your Fiora always goes on the Star space. Ideally for playing Fiora you want this one to be in the second or third line, although the comp might be playable if it's somewhere else but you have a good setup.
Frontline : Your frontline should just be frontline. Try to have Braum facing the opposing carries so that he stuns them.
seraphine : Seraphine should be the opposite of the opposing compositions so that she hits as many champions as possible with her spell.
