Patch 9.24 was very substantial and was supposed to last 4 weeks until 10.1, which is why Riot decided to release an intermediate patch: 9.24b. Changes to Tier 3 (3 Star) Champions
So-called "hyper roll" strategies (which consist of getting inexpensive champions at level 3 at the start of the game) are very popular in this set 2, which is why Riot decided to nerf the stats of all units when they reach this level 3.
Damage and HP bonus from level 2 to level 3 reduced: +100% → +80%
- Nasus HP increased from 650/1170/2340 at 650/1170/2106
- Nasus damage increased from 50/90/180 at 50/90/162
