The Dark Pictures Directive 8020 will be the 1st episode of Season 2, it will take place in space, 1st trailer
If The Dark Pictures: The Devil in Me will not be released until tomorrow (November 18), some have already received their copy and have even finished the game. True to form, Supermassive Games has slipped in a post-generic scene that loads to present the next episode; in this case, it will be the first of Season 2. Dubbed The Dark Pictures: Directive 8020, it will obviously take place in the reconnaissance ship Cassiopeia led by Commander Stafford, and which is about to go to the planet Tau Ceti f. The boat would have suffered some damage but these would be minor, and the captain affirms that the technicians are carrying out the repairs.

Everything seems to be going well then, until a certain Thomas Carter alerts the crew that his colleague Simms is trying to kill him. The scene is set, and we do not hide from you that the prospect of a horrific adventure taking place in space is of particular interest to us. For the record, this is not the first time that we have heard of Directive 8020 since it has now been several months since we know that the brand was registered on January 31, 2022 alongside The Dark Pictures: Intercession, The Dark Pictures: The Craven Man, The Dark Pictures Presents: O Death and The Dark Pictures: Winterfold. As a result, there is a good chance that each of them will compose Season 2 of Bandai Namco Entertainment's anthology series.

In the meantime, we remind you that The Devil in Me is planned for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and PC.
