PUBG: The Flare Gun back for a second phase of testing

The developers of PUBG intend to implement the Flare Gun in normal games, however, to ensure the relevance of this feature, this weekend's War Mode will see the return of the Flare Gun for a second. test phase. As was the case during the month of September, the developers, through War Mode, will offer players the opportunity to test the distress pistol under the conditions of a normal game. Indeed, all the weapons will be available, the gas will advance normally and the red zone as well as the air drops will be activated.

PUBG Corp. proposes here a second phase of testing in order to collect “still a little more data before making any modification or deploying the system on the live servers”. RULES

• Four-man squads will battle it out on Erangel
• Flare guns are very rare and can be found randomly on the map.
• A plane will drop a special supply crate if the rocket is fired into the safe area.
• A plane will drop a special vehicle if the rocket is fired outside the safe area.
• An icon on the minimap will indicate where the special supply crate was dropped

OTHER EVENT RULES

• Squads of 4 men only. Auto team formation can be enabled/disabled.
• The weather is set to "Sunny".
• The red zone is activated.
• Supply crates are activated.
• The killer observation function is activated.
• Friendly fire is activated.

This War Mode will be available from this Friday, October 12 at 4 a.m. in France until Sunday, October 00 at the same time.
